VOLUNTEER OFFICE MANAGER REQUIRED
17/01/2019
From Dana Wiffen, Chairman, Neighbourhood Watch Office
Good news that it is very likely that we have successfully recruited for the IT / Systems volunteer that we advertised for just before Christmas. However, we still have the volunteer Officer Manager position to fill (3 hours - 1 morning of afternoon per week). The successful applicant will organise and help maintain our ever-increasing office workload as we continue to expand in the Borough. They will need to ensure all paperwork is filed into clearly-labelled files that other office volunteers can pick up and continue work on when in. A previous experience and hands-on approach of organising office systems and the ability to work with staff is essential. We are also currently upgrading our IT systems so this will be a great time to join our expanding and friendly volunteer workforce, who are working to help keep Bexley as one of the safest Boroughs in London. If you or one of your Watch are interested, please email us with contact details and we will get in touch as soon as possible.

OFFICE PHONE FAULT
18/01/2019
From Dana Wiffen, Chairman, Neighbourhood Watch Office
Our apologies to anyone who tried to telephone us last week (W/C 15/1/19) but weren't able to make contact. We had technical issues which have now been resolved.
